The location is absolutely perfect and nice and it is not far from everything, coffee and Bread Basket. The hotel serves incredible breakfasts and offers a nice size rooms with roses, wine plus a big desk.

The location was best possible and strategic - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The room was stylish and good sized, we had down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows.

We were delighted to receive a spacious and newly renovated suite with a balcony; the location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from El Retiro Shopping Center.

Nothing it is perfect.

The staff was very friendly and service very good. The location is unbeatable - you are 2 minute walk away of restaurants and clubs. Anyone familiar with Bogotà knows that this is a major benefit in a city where you have to mover around by cab - and you are not supposed to take a cab on the street. This is one of the safest areas in the city.

Being in an area of restaurants and clubs, if you have a room facing the main road it can be noisy on weekends. Chivas (buses playing rumba and high volume) pass by for a good part of the night. However, you should be able to ask for a quieter room on the back. If you travel in couple, the bed can be a bit uncomfortable as you "jump" anytime your better half moves.

The staff was excellent, room was clean, breakfast was adequate, location was excellent, overall good value for your money. Will recommend it to friends.

Great location in a buzzing area with lots of restaurants, clubs, and shopping options nearby. The room was comfortable, with good amenities including reliable Wi-Fi and English channels on TV. It was also quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay.

Some aspects of the hotel could use refreshing, such as the beds and the business center equipment. The reception staff missed waking me up on my departure day, which was a minor inconvenience.
